Why not let everyone go to the restroom that fits with the gender on their ID? More on trans people, restrooms and related issues
If the public wants to mandate that “the gender on the ID card is the gender of the restroom”, it is simply not possible to achieve the result of “no muscular men in women’s restrooms”.
In fact, whether one supports toileting according to the gender on one’s ID card or according to one’s gender identity, both will result in cisgender women encountering “muscular men,” either FTMs who are very male-like, MTFs who are not female-like enough, or other groups of people with very masculine gender expressions.

如果大众想规定“身份证上是什么性别就去什么卫生间”，是根本不可能达到“女厕所见不到肌肉壮汉”的结果的。
